- Your role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to process transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams and communicate with the Onsite Team._

**_ _**
- Responsibilities_
- _Setting up Binding Authority contract with Contractual rules and aggregate limits on DUA tool_
- _Completing a Bordereau Questionnaire by mapping the bordereaux with relevant reporting standard using the DUA schema questionnaire_
- _Review of errors/ breaches and perform data enrichments within the DUA system_
- _Logging of data quality issues into the query log._
- _Working with the onshore team regarding a quality control review of issues as part of an onshore escalation process to underwriters_
- _Bordereaux standardization and Financial Reconciliation for monthly BDX spreadsheets_
- _Exposure to London Market (Syndicate & Company) is a must_
- _Provide technical support and bordereau processing assistance to other members of the team_
- _Monitoring submissions of the monthly Bordereaux and chasing up any that are late_
- _Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with client UW and company stakeholders._
- _Knowledge of P&C, Specialty, Reinsurance, Claims and Underwriting services_
- _Working as per the TAT and SLA agreed for the business_
- _Maintaining customer’s services and Quality standards by adhering to client procedures and process requirements_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Graduate (in any discipline)_
- _Relevant work experience for London Market Insurance_
- _Should have wing to wing knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle_
- _Must demonstrate and foster customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative and innovation._
- _Fluent in English language
- both written and oral_
- _Excellent knowledge of binders process_
- _Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks_
- _Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area_
- _Ability to function effectively in a team environment exercising good judgment_
- _Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning_
- _Root Cause Analysis on escalations received_
- _Very good problem solving skills & attention to detail._
- _Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Insurance domain awareness_
- _Good knowledge of MS Office_
- _Preferred with certification on one of the streams i.e. CII London i.e. ALMI, FIT or Cert CII or equivalent or AINS, CPCU certification_
- _Knowledge of Bureau/Non Bureau market_
- _Knowledge of Binder, Lineslip and Consortium Processing_
- _Exposure to Reinsurance Market and it's types such as Prop and Non prop_
- _Exposure to Treaty and Fac Reinsurance_
