**Position -Hiring for IT Technician**

**Location
- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities-**

2. Quickly troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with computers, networks, telecom, etc.

3. Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (e.g. printers).

4. Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate software and computer equipment.

5. Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability.

6. Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.

7. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

8. Repair or replace damaged hardware.

9. Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

10. Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.

11. Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

12. Establish/maintain good relationships with all departments and colleagues.

13. Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.

14. Conduct daily backup operations.

15. Manage technical documentation.

**Job Description-**

1. Associate’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.

2. 1-5 years experience as an I.T. Technician, computer networks and systems maintenance.

3. Understands basic computer components and has the skills necessary to repair or replace them.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient in software installation.

6. Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.

7. Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.

8. Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.

9. Intermediate to advanced experience with Google Suite of tools.

10. Work with moderate guidance and take ownership of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
