**Research**:
**Scholarly Activities**: Engage in research activities in the field of Computer Applications, which may include publishing research papers, attending conferences, and collaborating with colleagues and students on research projects.

**Innovation**: Contribute to the development of new ideas, technologies, and approaches within the discipline, fostering innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements.

**Administrative**:
**Departmental Committees**: Participate in departmental and institutional committees, meetings, and initiatives related to curriculum development, program assessment, and academic policy.

**Student Support**: Provide academic support to students, including addressing their concerns, participating in academic advising, and helping with academic planning.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information, and submit necessary reports to the department or administration.

**Professional Development**: Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching and research skills.

**Community Engagement**:
**Industry Collaboration**: Foster connections with industry professionals and organizations to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and collaborative projects for students.

**Outreach**: Engage with the wider community through seminars, workshops, and other outreach activities to promote Computer Applications and its relevance in various sectors.

**Other Responsibilities**:
**Lab Supervision**: Oversee and guide students in practical sessions, laboratory work, and software development projects.
