ob Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Instruction:
Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.

Guide students in practical labs, projects, and thesis work.

Provide academic mentorship and counseling to students.

Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations.

2. Research and Publications:
Conduct research in relevant areas of computer science and technology.

Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and academic publications.

Contribute to the development of new courses or specializations in the MCA program based on emerging trends and technologies.

3. Curriculum Development:
Assist in designing and updating the MCA curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry needs and academic standards.

Participate in meetings with the department to review and improve the course structure.

4. Administrative and Departmental Duties:
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and conferences.

Supervise research projects, thesis work, and internships of MCA students.

Engage in academic and administrative duties such as attending faculty development programs or serving on various committees.

Help in organizing departmental seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.

5. Industry Interaction:
Develop and maintain connections with the IT industry to keep the program updated with the latest trends and technologies.

Assist students in internships, industry visits, and placement activities.

6. Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest developments in computer science and technology through professional development activities like online courses, webinars, and conferences.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
