Job description

DSPR, a leading Marketing & PR agency is looking to hire Sr. Social Media Associates with strong creative skills and a passion for Social Media Marketing

We specialize in serving clients from the Lifestyle, Hospitality, Wedding, and Travel industries, therefore experience in these sectors would be an added benefit.

**Job Roles & Requirements (But not limited to)**:

- Creating and executing a strong Social Media Marketing strategy and execution plan
- Create content across a variety of social media formats (posts, stories, videos etc.) either directly or through internal and external team members
- Ensure effective internal communication between managers, the design team, and the copy team to produce high-quality and engaging content
- Maintain effective client relations to ensure a professional social media management experience
- Working closely with the team to share improvement ideas, feedback & present results

Strong understanding and passion for identifying social media trends, new social media sites, web technologies and changes in algorithms

Develop content strategies to drive engagement and organic growth on the client's social media page

Additional Requirements and Skills:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in a similar field

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must possess creative and impactful ideas

Must be able to comprehend audience preferences and create content accordingly

Extremely organised and detailed oriented

Keen interest in visual aesthetics and design for the best creative results.

Basic knowledge of Canva & InShot
