
Sales Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Engage with prospective students through chat platforms, addressing inquiries about SciAstra's educational programs.
2. Provide information about course content, registration processes, and other relevant details to potential students.
3. Actively participate in sales conversations, promoting SciAstra's offerings and assisting in the enrollment process.
4. Assist the sales team by handling customer queries, facilitating sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand and effectively communicate promotional offers and campaigns to potential students.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date.
7. Work closely with the customer support team to address post-sales inquiries and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
8. Provide feedback on customer preferences, concerns, and market trends to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- While a college degree is not paramount, expertise and a proven track record in sales & support are essential.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer support or sales support role preferably in Edtech (not mandatory)
- Background in science, BSc, MSc, or STEM domain would be advantageous (though not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage effectively in sales conversations and promote educational programs.
- Familiarity with EdTech industry trends and competitive entrance exams will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
- Competence in teamwork and effective communication.
