**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and execute **Facebook (Meta) Ads** campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Advanced knowledge of **Facebook Ads Manager**, including **Pixel setup, event tracking, and retargeting strategies**.
- Develop and manage high-performing ad creatives and copy for Facebook and Instagram.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience in **Facebook Ads and Instagram Marketing**.
- Strong expertise in **lead generation strategies using paid social media ads**.
- Experience with **Pixel setup, event tracking, and custom conversions**.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and ad targeting.
- Proficiency in **A/B testing for ad creatives and targeting strategies**.
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in **Facebook Blueprint or related digital marketing courses** is a plus.
- Previous experience in an **agency environment** is preferred.
- Experience with **Google Ads, SEO, or influencer marketing** is an added advantage.
