Roles & Responsibilities:

- **Paid Marketing (Meta Ads)**:

- Manage and run paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track social media trends and help develop strategies for brand engagement.
- Monitor social media activity and community engagement, responding to comments and messages.
- **Creative Content Ideation**:

- Brainstorm creative content ideas that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
- Collaborate with designers to create graphics and visuals that resonate with the audience.
- **Collaborative Growth**:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Assist in developing creative campaigns to enhance client visibility and engagement.

**Required Skills**:

- **Paid Marketing Skills**: Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook, and Instagram paid ad strategies.
- **Social Media Management**: Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- **Creative Content Creation**: Ability to come up with innovative content ideas and strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills to coordinate with the team and clients.
