**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transporter Management**:

- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party transporters, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate transportation rates, terms, and schedules with transport service providers.
- Ensure that transporters adhere to the company's safety and compliance standards.
- **Route Planning & Scheduling**:

- Plan and optimize transportation routes for cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Coordinate transportation schedules and ensure alignment with production or order timelines.
- Monitor delivery routes, assessing for any deviations and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- **Tracking & Monitoring**:

- Oversee real-time tracking of goods in transit, ensuring mínimal delays.
- Work with transporters to resolve issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Provide regular updates on delivery status to the relevant departments (e.g., sales, customer service).
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Ensure all transport-related documentation (e.g., bills of lading, delivery receipts, customs documents) is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain records of transporter performance and prepare reports for senior management on efficiency and delivery metrics.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Resolve any transportation issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in the delivery process.
- Handle customer complaints related to transport and work on finding effective solutions.
- **Cost Control & Budgeting**:

- Monitor transportation costs and ensure alignment with the logistics budget.
- Suggest ways to reduce transport-related expenses without compromising on service quality.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support inventory management by coordinating deliveries and pick-ups on time.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure that transporters comply with local, state, and international transport regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in transportation laws and ensure transporter compliance with safety standards.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that delivery expectations are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Ensure timely deliveries and handle any transport-related issues promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
