Required CNC EDM EDM Sinker Sparking Machine Operator with 3-7 years experience

As a CNC EDM Sinker Sparking Machine Operator specializing in copper electrodes for aluminum extrusion dies manufacturing, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain CNC EDM equipment specifically tailored for the production of aluminum extrusion dies. You will set up, program, and monitor the CNC EDM Sinker machine, ensuring precise shaping and forming of copper electrodes used in the die manufacturing process. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient and accurate production of high-quality aluminum extrusion dies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure CNC EDM Sinker machine for copper electrode machining based on job requirements and die specifications.
- Develop and implement CNC programs to accurately shape copper electrodes.
- Load and secure copper electrode blanks onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and fixation.
- Monitor EDM machining processes closely, making real-time adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Conduct regular inspections of machined copper electrodes using precision measuring instruments to verify adherence to design tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Document machining parameters, tooling changes, and production data accurately for traceability and quality control purposes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to address any issues related to electrode geometry or die specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and disposal of machining waste in compliance with environmental regulations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Able to run variety of shop equipment.
Experience working with close tolerances in a variety of metals.
Must be proficient in the use of standard inspection equipment.
Strong working knowledge of GD&T.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Salary**: INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
