**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions.
- Create job postings that are compelling, informative, and attract high-quality applicants.
- Post job openings on various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the interview process.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, new hire orientation, and necessary training.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Continuously improve the recruiting process by analyzing data and recommending improvements.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work by engaging in employer branding initiatives.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
