With our growing operations, we are looking for a **Dispatch Supervisor** in Bangalore to ensure smooth and timely execution of daily bookings and deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Booking & Packaging Coordination**
- Check all daily and upcoming bookings on the dashboard.
- Inform the packaging team in advance to prepare materials for decoration setups.

**Delivery & Team Management**
- Assign bookings to in-house delivery executives and decorators based on availability and efficiency.
- Monitor attendance and manage the availability schedule of delivery boys and executives.

**Communication & Coordination**
- Share booking updates, delivery possibilities, and timing adjustments with internal teams on **Slack & WhatsApp**.
- Coordinate with external partners and third-party delivery services to ensure smooth dispatch.

**Dispatch & Logistics**
- Ensure all bookings are dispatched with the required material as per the correct time slots, without delays.
- Optimize the use of in-house team and third-party delivery apps for efficient logistics.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Track delivery timelines and proactively resolve dispatch issues.
- Maintain accountability for timely and accurate deliveries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **dispatch/logistics/warehouse/supply chain supervision** (2-4 years preferred).
- Strong **team management** and **coordination** skills.
- Familiarity with **delivery apps and dispatch software/tools**.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi** (Kannada preferred).
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and handle time-sensitive bookings.
