Job Description: SHE Officer
- Drive SHE management at site to meet Epiroc systems and customer SHE system requirements
- Co-ordinate SHE legal compliance
- Co-ordinate for SHE activities
- Execution of SHE strategy
- Risk assessments, Aspect-impact study
- Reviewing safe operating practices (SOPS)
- Drive continuous improvement programs
- SHE trainings, SHE inspections, audits
- Drive safety culture improvements
- Ensure implementation of incident reporting and analysis process alongwith site team
- SHE audits from customer, 2nd or 3rd party
- Internal audits: support in coordination, execution & follow up
- Global Epiroc Tools: Maintain tools like Chemwatch, TIA, IMS SharePoint, Audit Tool etc.
- Monthly, quarterly SHEQ reporting: data collection & MIS
- PPE process: Coordination for PPE selection & its continual improvements
- Drive horizontal deployment of better practices & lessons learned
- PPE and other safety items complaint management
- Support in implementation of SHEQ strategic topics such as SafeStart, BBS ( behaviour based safety), CBS ( condition-based safety systems)
- Any other SHE related tasks as needed

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

- BE or Diploma Engg or B Sc Phy/ Chem + Advanced diploma in Industrial safety ( BTE approved )
- Experience : 6- 8 years, supervisory experinece + SHE implementation experience

Key competencies required for this role:

- SHE management
- Dring safety initatives at customer / client site
- Ability to deal with challenges
- Risk assessment, SHE monitoring skills, SHEQ reportings, trainings
- Audits, legal compliance, IMS doucmentation

Location: SK Mines - Rajasthan
