Recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks2.Training & Toolbox Talks Organize daily pre-job briefings, safety inductions, and awareness programs for workers and subcontractors2.Incident Management Investigate accidents and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures2.Emergency Preparedness Maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills for fire, electrical hazards, and medical emergencies2.Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and safety equipment. Submit reports to project managers and regulatory bodies3.???? QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.Valid certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, Fire Safety, First Aid.4–7 years of experience in solar, construction, or energy sectors3.Strong knowledge of JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective Action Plans).
