1.All articles for sterilization by autoclaves have to brought from the respective department.

2.Daily care of cleaning the sterilizer.

3.Loading and unloading of the sterilizers, of setting up the articles at the proper place, to and from, clean work area to sterile storage area.

4.Maintenance of complete records of sterilized material.

5.Sharping and unlocking of needless, preparation of Pot. Dichromate sol.

6.Packing of syringes, instruments and special trays.

7.Washing and cleaning of gloves, instruments, needles and syringes etc.

8.Maintaining the cleanliness of the dept. And dusting of issuing area, sterilization area.

9.Messenger service to the wards and department.

10.Supply of cylinders from gas room to wards and department.

11.Report shortages etc.

12.To be responsible that the theatre to which they are posted is in fit condition i.e. cleaned and sterilized.

13.To assist OT technician in making position of the patient on the table.

14.To assist doctor in starting I.V. drip.

15.To change the gas cylinder.

16.To ensure that anesthesia trolley has all the instruments. Equipment’s, drugs, syringes etc.

17.To guide N/A in transfer of patient from OT table to trolley and to recovery room.

18.To wash instruments, endotracheal tube etc. thoroughly as per instruction.

19.To take universal precaution while handling soiled anesthesia instruments.

20.Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
