**Job Title**: OT Technician - Eye Clinic
**Experience**: 1-2 Years
**Location**: Near Phoenix Mall, Wakad, Pune
**Salary**: Up to ₹22000 per month (based on experience and interview)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the ophthalmologist during eye surgeries and procedures
- Prepare the operating theatre and ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and ready
- Monitor and manage OT cleanliness and infection control protocols
- Assist with patient positioning and draping before surgery
- Handle instruments and equipment during procedures with precision
- Maintain proper inventory and availability of surgical supplies
- Dispose of medical waste as per clinic protocols
- Support in patient care before and after procedures

**Skills Required**:

- Familiarity with ophthalmic instruments and surgical procedures
- Basic knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols
- Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure environments
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Team player with a responsible and disciplined approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,001.63 - ₹22,152.84 per month
