We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Administrator with a strong background in Civil Engineering to join our team. A dynamic and high initiative individual who can coordinate across the engineering to assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities. This is a remote and flexible work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Able to understand schedules and drive coordination
- Communicate with engineers and cities to drive the permit process under the guidance of the PM.
- Assist construction managers with projects.
- Assist engineers on construction projects with design changes and reviews.
- Assist with city submissions and bank submissions for construction related items.
- Assist with updates to owners of projects.
- Assist sub contractors and general contractors with the items they need from time to time.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Highly skilled in communication to work in teams and build teams
- High level of organization across schedules and information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
