Contract Administration RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Contracts Specialist with strong knowledge of construction methodologies, legal frameworks, and project lifecycle management to manage and oversee contract administration for construction projects.The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and successful contract execution.Contract Drafting & Review:Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including EPC, subcontractor, supplier, and consultancy agreements. Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and project specifications.Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements in construction contracts.Project Coordination:Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and legal teams to align contract terms with project goals. Monitor contract performance and support resolution of disputes or claims.Maintain accurate records of contract documents, amendments, and correspondence. Generate reports on contract status, compliance, and financial implications.Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of contract terms. Support pre- and post-award contract activities.Ensure contractual deliverables are in place. Track contractual deliverables and maintain their validity.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's or MBA is a plus).- 10+ years of experience in contract administration & management within the construction or infrastructure sector.- Strong understanding of AIA, FIDIC, EPC, and other standard contract forms.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in contract laws, construction codes, and project documentation.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Knowledge of cost estimation, change orders, and claims management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Technical Requirements:Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with project management software and tools.
