**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D interior renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Understand and interpret architectural and interior design plans, sketches, and concepts.
- Work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, and project managers to visualize design concepts.
- Develop and maintain a library of 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting presets.
- Ensure renderings are aligned with design standards, brand identity, and client expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D rendering tools, techniques, and design trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior 3D visualization, preferably in a construction or architecture firm.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Lumion or other real-time rendering software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and textures.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic understanding of interior design principles.
- Good communication skills for coordination with teams and clients.
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
