- 2-3 yrs- share network device checklist in Morning, Afternoon & Night
- removing domain ID & VPN based access of on role & Off role employee as per ID deactivation mail.
- monitoring all DC internet links on hourly basis in production hours
- Network IPS Log Report with the tools provided by CUSTOMER
- DC firewall & LB backup with the tools provided by CUSTOMER
- providing firewall access on DC & DR MPLS, DC & DR Internet, CUSTOMER AWS & Azure, CUSTOMER MPLS firewall as per user request
- Managing and monitoring all DC, DR, HO, NDR MPLS, P2P, Internet ISP links.
- HO Vlan modification as per user requirement on L2 switches
- managing SOC incidents & accordingly blocking Malware IP’s as per SOC suggestion on Internet routers & CUSTOMER Azure firewall
- issue related to network which reported on mails & calls.
- Monitoring & configuration of DC, DR, HO and NDR network device
- Whitelisting Public IP address as per User requirement to connect WEB VPN
- Firewall access review activity with the tools provided by CUSTOMER or oem
- Taking DC, DR, HO, NDR network device backup by the tools and TFTP server to be provided by CUSTOMER
- Deployment of NIPS Signature with the tools provided by CUSTOMER
- reporting vulnerability as per VAPT report
- Preparing network tacker report based on the capabilities of the tools provided by CUSTOMER
- Monthly Network Devices Backup Restoration Activity
- network device inventory based on the capabilities of the tools provided by CUSTOMER
- Public IP details-
Network Administrator Access Review Report based on the capabilities of the tools provided by CUSTOMER
Firewall Rule base Report based on the capabilities of the tools provided by CUSTOMER
Network Diagram Validation Report
Availability Report for Network (DC/DR)
Preparing highlights & low lights report based on the capabilities of the tools
Maintaining All ISP link inventory based on the capabilities of the tools
Preparing ISP link utilization Report based on the capabilities of the tools provided by CUSTOMER
Network Device password reset activity
binding VPN static IP as per user request
We are providing IP address and EPG for DC & DR servers as per User request
Preparing & implementation of RFC as per change request
Raising Case with OEM for new changes in existing network as well during troubleshooting any major issue.
Addition, deletion & modification of new device in monitoring tools
Preparing & maintaining SOP for network
Creating Site to Site IPsec Tunnel
Installation of AVS switch in new VM to get ACI communication
New device installation & configuration in the network for the devices present in the baselines and any other devices will be managed by RFC
Hardening of network device including TACACS, SNMP, NTP, SYSLOG configuration.as per the policy provided by CUSTOMER
