GRE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome guests during check-in and giving a found farewell to guest while checkout. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures.
- Interaction with guestsNote guests concerns and solutionPrepare ReportsTo attend the call from guests and replying them.To make calls to the guests about Park details.To update calls data and other system working.To attend guests and guide them about marketing activities. Key skills:Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of English and Hindi is a must. -Excellent structure skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. -Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to detail. -Expertise in official procedures would be an asset. -Have a flexible approach to work -Team working skills -Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects -Strong attention to details. -Good organization and planning skills -Creativity, writing and design skills -IT skills, including social media

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
