Elevate is recruiting a** **Commercial Attorney** for our **Contracts - Managed Services** team. As a Commercial Attorney, you will be a member of the legal service delivery team for a global client, working closely with Customers, in-house counsel teams in different geographies, including in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will provide commercial and transactional support, working both independently on assigned projects, and collaboratively with the Customers, in-house team and the Elevate legal delivery teams across the globe. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating various contracts and other transactional documents as well as conducting general and legal research and drafting well-written memorandums.

**Specifically, a Commercial Attorney will: -**
- Provide commercial and transactional support for multinational companies, including reviewing, redlining, drafting, and managing various types of commercial contracts.
- Working both independently on assigned projects, and collaboratively with the client’s in-house team and the Elevate legal delivery teams across the globe.
- Conducting general, compliance, and legal research in the areas of commercial law and drafting well written memorandums.
- Deliver high quality risk and gap analysis of contracts.
- Proficient in relevant technology and have a keen eye for detail.
- Update or draft playbooks and templates.

**Experience**
- 4 years of experience in commercial transactional support and technology/IT contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly master services agreements, procurement, supply, and other inbound agreements.
- Experience conducting medium to high complexity legal research and memorandum drafting.
- Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements.

- Excellent drafting skills, particularly depicting complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Excellent listening as well as communication skills
- Integrity and ability to own mistakes.

**Technical Skills**
- Experience with Microsoft products like Excel, Word, PowerPointetc
- Some experience with contract management software is a plus.

**Qualification**:

- LL.B. (LL.M. is preferred, but not mandatory)
