**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing and procuring the materials required for construction projects at the best possible price and quality. The role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identifying and sourcing new vendors for construction materials and equipment
Evaluating vendors based on price, quality, and delivery time
Negotiating pr **s*ices and c **i**ontra **m*cts with vendors
Creating and maintaining relationships with vend **f*ors to e **y*nsure timely delivery and quality of materials
Creating purchase orders and maintaining inventory levels
Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Collaborating with project managers and engineers to determine the materials required for each project
Keeping up-to-date with market trends and changes in prices and availability of materials

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of construction materials and equipment

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
