Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Handling the Inquiries via message, call or other source
- Handle New Customer as well as Existing Customer
- Coordinate with Sales Team
- Sending Company Profile, Catalogues and other details to new customers
- Preparing Quotation
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems in their orders
- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch team for timely delivery
- Payment Followup
- Share Packing List, Invoice and Dispatch details.
Qualification
- Any Graduate
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
