- Professional Experience:
1. Agile Scrum Experience : Last 3 Years
2. PI Planning / Practices Exposure
3. Parallel Scrum Team(s) Handling Experience : 2 - 3 Scrum teams
4. Multi Partner : Ability to Handle Multi -Partner Scrum teams
5. Traditional Project Mgmt : 2 Years ( Prior to Agile Experience )
6. Agile Tool Experience : Jira & Confluence & Reporting
7. Traditional Tools : MS Project or Similar Tools, Excel

Technical Development Experience : 5 Yrs

Application Type : E-Commerce Application Development, Other Core Application/Product Development

Tech Stack Exposure : Product Development Stack
1. Backend : Java / Microservices (Spring Boot )
2. Front-End : React/Angular
3. Database : SQL, No-SQL DB ( Mongo, Cassandra )
4. MiddleWare : Kafka, RabbitMQ

Experience Range:
