**Job Title**: Solution Architect

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Define and document the technical architecture and solution design for client projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on the integration of various systems, platforms, and technologies to create cohesive solutions.
- Ensure that all solution components are well-integrated, scalable, and maintainable.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution discovery, and problem-solving sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them develop their technical and professional skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, technical challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with industry best practices and comply with regulatory and security standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong knowledge of various integration patterns, technologies, and platforms.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, NodeJS).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions across the organization.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- At least eight years of experience in solution architecture, including significant experience with integrations and client-facing roles.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
