**Job Description**:
Miracle Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Executive to join our team in Kolkata. As an IT Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across all departments. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a strong background in networking.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components as necessary. Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- System Upgrades: Perform routine upgrades and maintenance tasks on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's computer systems and networks. This includes monitoring network activity for security breaches and conducting regular security audits.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate efficient problem resolution and future upgrades.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and support services.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for staff members on IT-related topics to enhance their understanding and utilization of technology resources.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on networking.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols.
- Familiarity with hardware components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
