**Role Description**
- Responsible for administering and maintaining data integration platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. Key duties include performance monitoring, backup and recovery, user access management, workflow scheduling, platform upgrades, and providing multi-level technical support.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the data integration platform, ensuring high availability and optimized performance in hybrid environments.
- Implement and manage backup, restore, and archival processes.
- Monitor platform health, analyze metrics, perform capacity planning, and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage workflow/job scheduling and orchestration.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and version control with mínimal downtime.
- Configure and maintain secure user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Provide multi-level (L1-L3) technical support, including complex issue troubleshooting.
- Support deployment and migration of workflows and related components.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and incident logs.
- Generate and analyze reports on platform usage, performance, and user activity.
- Ensure enforcement of security policies and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams for integration and optimization.
- Design and implement strategies for scalability, resilience, and disaster recovery.

**Role Requirements**
- Experience managing data integration platforms in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of hybrid backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system tuning.
- Familiarity with scheduling and orchestration tools.
- Expertise in user access control and permissions management.
- Skilled in handling platform upgrades, patching, and deployments.
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements in hybrid platforms.
- Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cloud/on-prem data integration technologies and best practices.

**Additional Requirements (Specific to Alteryx)**
- Proven experience in Alteryx Server administration, including installation, configuration, and environment setup.
- Skilled in managing Alteryx Gallery, Controller, Worker, and Database components.
- Proficient in configuring and managing user roles, collections, and studio permissions via the Admin interface.
- Experience scheduling workflows, managing job queues, and prioritizing jobs in Alteryx Server.
- Ability to deploy, migrate, and troubleshoot Alteryx workflows, macros, and analytic apps.
- Expertise in monitoring server health, analyzing execution logs, and optimizing server performance.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures for Alteryx Server assets and settings.
- Ability to manage Active Directory integration and LDAP for user authentication/authorization.
- Experience handling upgrades, patching, and version control of Alteryx Server.
- Familiarity with Alteryx usage reports, APIs, and audit logs for compliance and governance.
- Capable of providing Tiered Support (L1-L3), including issue triaging and advanced debugging.
- Understanding of Alteryx licensing models and license key management.
- Experience with SSL certificate management, server hardening, and enforcing Alteryx security best practices.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
