**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketplace Management**:Maintain and optimize product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, etc.).
Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions on each platform.
Implement strategies to increase sales and visibility on marketplaces.

**Website Management**:Oversee the administration and maintenance of e-commerce websites (Shopify and WordPress).
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the websites are user-friendly and up-to-date.
Manage website content, including product descriptions, images, and reviews.

**Fulfillment and Shipping**:Coordinate order fulfillment processes, including order processing, packing, and shipping.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while minimizing errors.
Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.

**Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Monitor customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Generate reports on e-commerce performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

**E-commerce Strategy**:Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and industry best practices.
Recommend and implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and increase sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, including marketplace and website management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
- Proficient in using e-commerce tools, analytics, and online marketing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
