Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance to students on various higher education options
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their interests, strengths, and career aspirations
- Help students identify their preferred courses, universities, and colleges
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the education sector
- Provide information to students on scholarships, financial aid, and other funding opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Follow up with students to ensure they are on track to achieve their educational goals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counselling, or related field
- Proven experience as an education counsellor or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of higher education options in the region
- Ability to build rapport with students and their families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
