We are looking for a proactive and empathetic **Career Counselor** to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right undergraduate or postgraduate programs based on their goals and interests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on academic and career paths aligned with their interests.
- Recommend suitable UG/PG programs and explain course details, fees, and admission processes.
- Handle calls, follow up with leads, and drive conversion.
- Build trust and maintain regular communication throughout the enrollment process.
- Update student records and progress in CRM.
- Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or counseling background preferred).
- 0 - 2 years of experience in counseling, EdTech, or educational sales.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, organized, and student-focused.
- CRM experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
