**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Associate Digital Designer - Mumbai based**

As SkillSphere Education continues to grow and moves into its next large-scale phase of expansion, the organization’s design requirements for brochures, prospectuses, posters etc. continue to grow. As a result, we are looking for an associate digital designer who can fulfil our design requirements on a day-to-day basis.

The role is not a full-time role. We require 4-5 hours of work on a daily basis with the designer also coming down to our Mumbai office whenever needed to work along with our team.

**A Typical Week In The Life Of An Associate Digital Designer**
- **Interacting with the MD, his EA and other team members at SkillSphere Education with regard to design requirements**
- **Working on the design of posters, brochures, prospectuses and other digital designs as required by the team. **The designer must work on the provided briefs, and make changes as provided by the team. **Working within deadlines is the most important aspect.**
- **A fixed time within the day of 4-5 hours has to be allocated for work at SkillSphere Education. **It is perfectly alright for the associate digital designer to have other work commitments as well beyond SkillSphere so long as they don’t conflict with work at SkillSphere
- **Working on different video collages of photos and other basic video editing using available softwares.**

You will be completely oriented for all aspects of this work

**What Should You Be Good At?**
- **Photoshop and Corel Draw**:Knowing how to use these 2 softwares is a prerequisite for this job
- **Adobe Illustrator**:We are preferably looking for a designer who also has the ability to work on AI as we have certain files that are also based on it
- **Canva**: We are certain that if you are interested in this position, you will know how to use Canva but stating it nonetheless as it is a prerequisite
- **Coordination with other team members and strict adherence to timelines**

**How Do We Assess Work?**

**SkillSphere Education follows a system which monitors task completion by all employees as per pre-decided timelines on a weekly basis. We value efficacy and efficiency over everything else**. In case you get selected for this position, your quality of design work, adherence to timelines and coordination with other team members, are important aspects that will be assessed on a weekly basis.

**Where Will You Be Working From?**

**You have to be a designer who is based out of Mumbai. **You can work from home but the exact timings of work every day will be fixed. You will also be expected to come to our office in Andheri West on certain days of the week to have meetings with our team and work on certain assignments as needed.

You are free to take up any other work beyond the fixed hours with SkillSphere Education so long as there is no conflict of interest and provided you fulfil your commitments to SkillSphere.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
