**Job Description _**
- Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with

the company's overall objectives
- Brand Identity and Guidelines: Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and

communication materials.
- Brand Communication: Create and execute effective brand communication campaigns across various channels.
- Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and consumer feedback. Conduct

regular brand health checks and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Internal Branding: Develop and implement internal branding initiatives to align employees with the brand values and foster a

strong brand culture. Conduct brand training sessions and workshops to ensure consistent brand messaging and

representation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Monitoring, tracking, and controlling all the branding material and fixtures in the market.
- Coordinate with National Team & State sales team for smooth execution.
- Create & maintain the best practices to support the vertical.
- Timely provide the report to superior & management.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
