**Particular**
1 To attend the Incoming Calls from the company’s designated inquiry number
within single ring.
2. To do cold calling from the old data, based on the timing and pitch
3. follows up call to the prospect as per their given time.
4. To answer the queries raised by the prospect / customer and solve them quickly
5. To interact with the walkin customer and take the preliminary data, and at the
time of exit take the feedback and maintain the data in CRM
6. To manage the CRM Data efficiently
7. To connect the Indiamart customer and fulfil the customer’s need, connect the
sales person if needed (field - back office)
8. Take followups on timely manner with customer as well as lead forwarded to the
sales team
9. To do activity on Whatsapp blaster, google extractor after creating the campign,
Monthly - Planning Product wise
Weekly - Data Extractor - new product information etc.
Daily - Followups
10. To collect the vital information from the customer on Competition & Market
Trend (Log Book) and present that during the monthly meeting
11. To target untapped areas & Old Customers (Discontinued) of the customer
during offseason by calling, WhatsApp activity
12. To upgrade own self on the product, Pricing, Material, Competitive advantage,
company’s differentiator etc.
13. To implement the company’s Policy

1Education : P(i) Any Graduate or 12thpass is also fine
2 Experience :Min 1- 2 Years, in field
3 Skills
Soft Spoken, Good Communication, Customer Engagement Skills, Data
