We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This opportunity is for individuals who are passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and closing deals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize bidding portals (e.g., Upwork, Guru, Freelancer) to identify and target potential clients and projects.
- Prepare compelling bids, proposals, and project documents.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients to secure new projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project execution.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- BDE: 1 year (preferred)
