**Job Title: Interior Designer**

**Location: Kanchipuram (Tamil Nadu)**

At TROVE, we don't sell tiles; we sell concepts that inspire and transform. As an **Interior Designer,** your primary responsibility is to craft visually stunning and functional spaces for clients. Working closely with customers, you will grasp their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Your tasks will include generating design concepts, developing plans, and overseeing the execution of the final design.

We are hiring smart and creative **Interior Designers and Architects **to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients in a warm, professional, and approachable manner, reflecting TROVE's values.
- Connect with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations for their spaces.
- Create and explain fresh design ideas that demonstrate how they can improve living areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on design choices and solutions.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of our outlets to reflect the innovative concepts offered by us.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, B. Arch or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Languages: English and Tamil (mandatory)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
