Key Responsibilities 1. Procurement Management o Source HVAC materials, equipment, and components (ducts, compressors, refrigerants, etc.) in line with project requirements. o Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms for price, quality, and delivery schedules. o Ensure compliance with purchase order specifications, including brand and technical requirements. 2. Vendor Management o Identify and onboard reliable HVAC suppliers/vendors. 3. Inventory Coordination o Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth project execution without delays. o Coordinate with the store and project teams for material requirements and consumption updates. 4. Cost Control and Analysis o Monitor budgetary compliance and optimize procurement costs. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams o Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely material supply. 6. Market Research o Stay updated on market trends, new HVAC technologies, and alternate suppliers. Required Skills **Strong negotiation and communication skills.** Proficiency in ERP or procurement management systems. **Knowledge of HVAC components and technical specifications.** Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market conditions. Qualifications and Experience **Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.** Experience: 2-5 years of experience in purchasing within the HVAC industry. **Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems and their associated materials.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
