**About the role**:
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and efficient purchase executive to join our purchase team to process the work smoothly. You will be responsible for track orders and ensure timely delivery is done. Also, you need to prepare purchase orders and invoices.

**Responsibilities**:
Research potential vendors

Preparing Purchase orders/ invoices/ challans

Maintaining reports/ calculations.

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

Review quality of purchased products

Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP)

Understanding of supply chain procedures

Bachelor's degree

Min. 2 years of experience

Excellent Negotiation skills

Vendor development

Attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
