Aim & Role: Service Engineer who is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to

customers regarding installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting of the product. Role involves servicing of climatic chamber with refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and

instrumentation oriented skills.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Trouble shooting Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical oriented malfunctionings of the equipment

Scheduling and completing AMC & Warranty schedules with adherence

Working towards achieving KPI for breakdown time and payment collection

Working towards obtaining appreciation from the customers through customer satisfaction survey

Providing training and demonstration of the product to the customers during installation

Updating reports and status of work in Companies Online portal on daily basis

Contributing towards generating revenue to the department with effective skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
