- Ability to administer user access, security roles, and permissions within SuccessFactors, ensuring proper access controls and compliance with security policies
- Understanding of various modules within SuccessFactors like Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Recruiting, Employee Central Service Central etc.Ability to configure, customized and troubleshoot various module within SAP SuccessFactors according to the organization's requirements. This includes setting up data fields, workflows, forms, templates, and other system parameters.**Primary Skills**:
