- **Ability to administer user access, security roles, and permissions within SuccessFactors, ensuring proper access controls and compliance with security policies**:

- **Understanding of various modules within SuccessFactors like Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Recruiting, Employee Central Service Central etc.**:

- **Ability to configure, customized and troubleshoot various module within SAP SuccessFactors according to the organization's requirements. This includes setting up data fields, workflows, forms, templates, and other system parameters.**
