Job Description: Telecalling Executive (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers.

Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and promote products/services.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our system.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets.

Provide information and answer questions regarding products/services.

Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies.

Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent degree

Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Proficient in using computer software

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Work Environment:
Flexible work hours, with some positions requiring evening or weekend shifts.

Compensation:
performance-based incentives.
