Job description:
We are a leading UK-based Supermarket and Online E-commerce store having back-office operations and a Customer Service team in India. We are looking for smart and energetic people to join our team.
- **Should be 3 to 5Years of Experience.**:
Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Should have to handle admin works,documentation works
- Should handle PO raising, Billing of Maintenance department
- Should be a mullti tasker
- Keep track of the status report
- Report to management on a daily basis
- Fair knowledge in practical usage of MS Excel
- Good level verbal and written communications skills
Job Timing: 10 A.M to 8 P.M
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
