Export Documentation Executive

**Responsible for handling Imports/ Exports/ Ocean shipment /Air Cargo**
- Co-ordinate with vendors and suppliers for schedules and transportation
- Prepare shipment schedule as per goods readiness
- Co-ordinate with CHA and Freight forwarder
- Preparation of **Pre and Post Shipping documents** (**B/L, Phytosanitary certificate, Packing list, Customs Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation, Insurance, eBRC, Rodtep, Drawback**, etc..)
- Basic knowledge of **Tally**:

- Well versed with **eWaybill** and **eInvoicing**:

- Manage basic **Banking** and RTGS
- Coordinate with vendors for Tally ledger
- Knowledge of L/c Documentation for Import and Export
- Maintain monthly database in Excel
- Manage regular declarations of ECGC, APEDA, EIA, Insurance etc..

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
