**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients is an important role that requires excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars to ensure smooth scheduling, you need to balance the manager’s availability with client preferences while keeping an eye on deadlines and priorities.
- Screening and directing meetings, as well as distributing correspondence, which meetings are urgent and should be conducted and address the issue immediately.
- Handling requests and queries appropriately is vital for maintaining strong relationships between the clients, and other stakeholders. Immediate issues (like a client escalation) should be prioritized, while routine queries can be scheduled for later.
- Managing the director's diary and scheduling meetings and appointments effectively ensures that their time is utilized efficiently and that all important tasks are completed.
- Preparing minutes and ensuring that key discussions, decisions, and action items are documented and followed up on.
- Writing up the minutes as soon as possible after the meeting.
- Submitting the minutes to the chair before they are circulated to the committee members
**Requirements and skills**:
- Having 3-5 years of experience as a Secretary equips you with valuable skills in organization, communication, and time management. It also means you're likely adept at handling various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Having knowledge of office management systems and procedures includes understanding how to manage scheduling, document control, communication tools, and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially expects you to create reports, presentations, and communications effectively.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills are required to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and maintain a structured workflow.
- Must have ability to multitask and prioritize your daily workload is essential for managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for conveying information clearly, building relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration.
Discretion and confidentiality are critical, It builds trust with colleagues and clients and ensures compliance with privacy regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
