**FULL TIME**

As a Ticketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless travel experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage ticketing operations efficiently, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer service. You will serve as a liaison between clients and travel agencies, coordinating travel itineraries, issuing tickets, and handling inquiries related to bookings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and adherence to booking policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to secure reservations and resolve issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, fare rules, and travel trends.
- Generate reports on ticketing activities and analyze data to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline procedures and enhance overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software.
- Knowledge of geography and travel destinations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
