**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform grinding and finishing work on **metal surfaces, weld joints, and fabricated parts** using angle grinders, bench grinders, or hand tools.
- Prepare materials for welding or painting by removing rust, scale, and burrs.
- Follow technical drawings or instructions provided by supervisors or fabrication teams.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets **quality and dimensional standards**.
- Maintain tools and grinding equipment in good working condition.
- Follow strict **safety protocols**, including use of PPE (gloves, helmet, face shield, etc.).
- Work efficiently in coordination with welders, fitters, and fabrication teams.
- Handle physically demanding tasks in **industrial environments**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a **Grinder** in an industrial, fabrication, or construction setup.
- Ability to work **12-hour rotational shifts**, including nights and weekends if required.
- Familiar with **grinding tools**, metal finishing techniques, and surface preparation methods.
- Good physical fitness and awareness of **safety practices**.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI or vocational training in Fitting, Fabrication, or related trade.
- Experience in **steel plants, shipyards, or heavy fabrication workshops**.
- Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication will be a plus.
