**Qualification & Experience**:Min. Diploma in Mechanical with at least 2 years of experiencein grinding-From cutting tools industry is preferable

**Job Location**:Bhatpore GIDC, Surat.

**Job Profile**:
1. Insert/Cutting Tool Grinding: Operate grinder machines to transform raw inserts or cutting tools into their specified geometries, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.

2. Diamond Tool Grinding (Optional): If experienced, utilize diamond tool grinding techniques to enhance cutting tool performance and longevity.

4. Process Controls: Exercise meticulous process controls during grinding operations to achieve consistent results and minimize waste.

6. Inspection and Quality Control: Perform regular inspections and quality checks on ground inserts or cutting tools to verify compliance with specifications.

7. Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient grinding techniques.

8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of grinding activities, including process parameters and inspection results. Provide regular reports to communicate progress and challenges.

9. Safety and Clean Room Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean room conditions during grinding operations, ensuring a safe and contaminant-free work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
