**Export Coordinator** (Female/Male) for Manufacturing Industry in Tirupur

Should have minimum 2yrs to 5 yrs experience in Export Operations

Good in English Communication (Speak, Read & Write)

**Roles and Responsibilities of Export coordinator**:
**1. **Communicate via E-mails and Cold calling to National and International Clients

**2. **Co-ordinate with Factory manager to get the material on time

**3. **Co-ordinate with Logistics team to deliver the product on time to buyers

**4. **Preparing Invoices for all export orders

**5. **Approach the new clients & converting the order

**6. **Handling Customer queries/ Complaints/ explaining the product specification to new clients

**7. **Maintaining excel for daily tasks, weekly tasks, monthly tasks.

**8. **Payment follow-up of International clients

**9. **Goal setting and forecasting to achieve the Sales target. Co-ordinating with Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Sales Head by checking the Sales gap on daily basis

**10. **Checking the warehouse stocks at Depo point through inventory tracker on daily basis to avoid expiry

11. Handling all correspondence with the buyers and coordinating all sales orders, within the department from Shipping, logistic and documentation.

**12. **Helping team in preparation of relevant certificates and documents

13. Directly coordinating with buyer-Sales contract, PI, shipment details, documentation, certifications etc

14. Coordinating with internal export team and plant team for buyer orders delivery

**15. **Solving queries related to customs, excise & other departments proactively

**16. **DATA ANALYSIS- **preparing monthly comparative exports data and preparing comparative reports out of it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
