Job Requirement
- Must be passionate about working with kids. Prior experience of working with little children or in any pre-school and any training/ experience in playing any sport will be considered an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering our sports curriculum program at our centres as per the lesson plan and ensuring that the class is fun and engaging for children.
- Teaching, managing & assessing students and identifying strengths and weaknesses of kids.
- Ensuring that the program delivery meets all our company norms, standards and values.
- Should prepare venue and equipment ready for the class and activity planned.
- Should be able to train individuals with a different range of abilities regardless of age, gender or disability.
- Undertaking administrative tasks and reporting to the Head Office.
- Maintenance and upkeep of our sports equipment at the assigned centre.
- Assisting with promotion/development of our program.
- Developing and maintaining relationship with our partner schools.
- Ensuring that regular and relevant feedback about child’s progress is communicated to the parents.
- Must be well versed with the school policies and ensures that the school policies are adhered to at all times.
- Ensures the safety, health, hygiene and security of the children entrusted to them.
- Notifying centre head of any areas of concern.
- Participating in demos, events & other activities as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
